Notice is hereby given that the period for receipt of nominations for the undernoted Community Councils within Perth and Kinross Council area has been extended.
Persons wishing to stand for election to their community council must be at least 16 years of age, reside in the community council area and be named on the electoral register for the community council area or sub-area in which they are standing. A candidate’s witness must also be named on the electoral register and reside in the same community council area or sub-area.
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Returning Officer at the address below by
4pm on Monday 6 October 2025.
Current valid candidates do not require to re-submit a nomination form.
Nomination forms and copies of the Scheme of Establishment of Community Councils can be downloaded from the Council’s website at www.pkc.gov.uk/communitycouncils or obtained from the Returning Officer, Tel: 01738 475004 or email: communitycouncils@pkc.gov.uk
